slightly over $300,000. The Shuswap area registered an increase
of 6.5% in homes sold. The North Okanagan Valley region showed a
modest increase in homes sold at 3.0%.
The average amount of homes sold for the whole Okanagan
Valley Real Estate area is up 6.5% YTD (to July 2005).
